It is now a legal requirement for any gas appliances within rented properties to be inspected by professionals with a Gas Safety Certificate. The landlord is responsible to ensure all gas appliances (such as cookers, boilers, and any other gas appliances) are checked routinely to ensure tenants that they are safe for use.
Our Gas Safe registered engineers awarded with a Gas Installation Certificate will be able to provide gas safety inspections at your property at a convenient time to suit you. Following our inspection, you will be provided with a full inspection report valid for 1 year.
We can also service and repair all your gas appliances during the same visit also our prices start from
£90+vat for a standard CP12 (this includes a boiler/hob)
+£10+vat for every additional appliance checked.
Also if you would like a boiler service included, there would be an additional cost of £40+vat.
